Agora DMCA (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides DMCA takedown and content protection services for content creators. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information we collect

When you sign up or use our services, we may collect:

  • Name or alias
  • Email address
  • Telegram username or WhatsApp phone number
  • Stage names and platform usernames
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • URLs of content you want protected or whitelisted

3. How we use your information

  • To provide our DMCA takedown and content protection services
  • To scan for and identify unauthorized copies of your content
  • To send DMCA takedown notices on your behalf
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send confirmation messages via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.

5. Messaging

We use Telegram Bot API and WhatsApp Business API to send you service-related messages such as signup confirmations and status updates. We only message you on the contact method you selected during signup.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with third parties only when necessary to enforce DMCA takedowns on your behalf (e.g., your name in a DMCA notice sent to a hosting provider). We use the following services:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Telegram Bot API — messaging
  • WhatsApp Business API (Meta) — messaging

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain records for up to 12 months for legal and operational purposes, after which they are deleted.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Cancel your subscription at any time

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Stripe, and restricted access to client data.
